you don't look bad, you seem to have a good base to build on.
you need to burn more calories than you are taking in.

bike man.
take an hour and a half 2 days a week and just go.
you will burn mad calories.

i'm having the opposite problem you have. i need to use more of my calories for muscle building. i burn too many biking.
i biked 30 miles last week. my legs are great but i need to put on some upper body mass. i started lifting and doing situps and crunches last week.

i need to stay focused on it.
good luck.

definitely just work on a little bit of a bulk and build up some muscle before worrying about a cut.

Read what i sent you and you will be on your way. In 6 months you should be straight

Broke, whats your diet like?

I eat mostly at home breh so I don't have a grasp of calories and all that, but I can eat over and under maitence with ease. I dont eat any empty calories or any fast food ever. Mostly greens and wholesome food

A long time ago, I used to workout 6 days a week. My one-rep max plateaued for exercises like the squat and bench press. My workout was about an hour long. I had three main kind of workouts and I was doing each one twice a week, legs workout, chest/bicep workout and back/tricep workout.
Then, I changed it all up and worked out only four days a week but each workout was an hour and a half. I had one leg day, one chest day, one back day and one bicep/tricep day. I had three days of rest. Sounds odd but the longer workouts involved going heavier and taking longer breaks so the lactic acid had time to leave so I was able to continue lifting heavy in the subsequent sets. That helped me to bulk up and break through my one-rep maximums. It's difficult to bulk up and get cut, so I just focused on getting bulked up. When I wanted to get cut, I started shrinking and "appeared" smaller even though I could lift the same amount in poundages.
I couldn't afford a personal trainer so I just used books and magazines to learn stuff. I probably could have got bigger if I had better training.
