He's tough to rank. GOAT level ability as a power move guy, technical worker, seller, and his presence is undeniable. 1st run was GOAT level but was so short. His 2nd run while longer has been mired by lackadaisical performances and long sabbaticals that lead to said performances occasionally. When he doesn't care it's obvious and brings his work down considerably. But when he's motivated still shows moments of brilliance. He's the last of the larger than life wrestlers that is still an attraction in 2019 which is a feat unto itself. I call him the last titan for a reason.
