It seems like this game is starting to come together now, it's in the internal alpha stage and it's actually looking decent. We might finally get a good boxing game, brehs
They just released a teaser specifically for the footwork and movement system which looks quite good. Punches definitely need work, but the way the footwork looks it seems like they know what they're doing so I'm hopeful they will improve other areas of the game with time.
Please... I need a good boxing game. Give us a good custom fighter creator too and it's over

the fact that gatti is in this gives me hope that there is a decent selection of legacy fighters. of course floyd wont give his likeness, but maybe a custom fighter build will let you get close
it does if they make the right deal with promoters and allow for customization (downloadable CAFs, Venues.) You cant put floyd in that bih without paying alot, but the internet is undefeated.

That ain’t happening with PBC since they are all technically independent, possibly the same with Top Rank and Golden Boy, so you’re missing out on 80% of the most recognizable names in boxing right. Retired or dead boxers you gonna need them to sign off for licensing as well , these new boxers and those around em know how to monetize theirselves.
shyt EA probably has to pay licensing for venues as well. If we had a recognized boxing league we would be on Fight Night Champion 20 by now. It’s the only reason UFC is a thing.

As long as it has good gameplay and a good create a fighter system that lets players create and download from other players it's a win. The community will do the leg work creating boxers that they can't license.
