Basically, there's no leaders backstage like Undertaker anymore.
He said he went out for drinks with the 205 guys after the show and he confronted Cena about guys leaving tapings early and Cena just nonchalantly said that they can go, and Kendrick was basically saying how the guys back then would get in your ass if you left early.

SCSA: only way to get better is you need a mentor/coach or someone who has drawn money to be an example...right now WWE only has "peers" and no mentors...

SCSA: learned from the early days or watching people who drew money...learned what a gimmick was, learned what a character was
BK: (makes references to artists and QBs and asks why he wouldn't ask them how to hone their craft)...mentions that the fear of mistakes are gone but wants to keep learning
BK: Tells a story about hanging with Cena after 205 live... "John, you have people who leave the show before it's over...they don't care to learn"
Cena: "it's a different era but if they want to hang themselves and not learn then let them"
BK: It's sad to see the legends go...it used to be that people wanted to stay and watch the matches...now people want to just go to the hotel ready

Basically...in this day and age its up to them to put in that extra work. Everyone knows what it takes. Look at Jinder. He took the extra initiative and put in that work non stop.
