Supporting reparations for African-Americans here in the United States is not solely an "#ADOS" position.
He also needs to soften his "other groups" talk with every single strong point he does have. He has strong stances and powerful talking points, but he jumps back and forth with "these other groups get this." Its worth making the comparison's in one way or another, but it should not be a part of every single point.
