That Hart/Perfect match is better than the one everyone pimps from SummerSlam '91.

HitGOAT sold cumulative injuries beautifully, finished each opponent in a different way without using the Sharpshooter, and cut a great promo with Mr. Perfect about his dad beating up Perfect's dad in the middle of all that.

All time great performance.

EDIT: And it led to the finish of another great all-time performance at WM X when Owen scouted out the way Bret beat Bam Bam with a victory roll and stuffed it, leading to an Owen upset. Bret was out here having great matches while giving call backs to other great matches that he had before. I remember realizing what happened as a kid and feeling like the idea that Owen scouted a bunch of Bret's tape before the big match and that leading to his win made it feel real even though it wasn't. It was rewarding to anyone who followed the company and remembered that stuff.

The first PPV I ever rented

would watch almost from beginning to end a couple of times except for that wack ass narcissist vs tatanka match. Who thought it was a good idea for them to go to a 15minute draw??? :dahell:

They were trying to keep Tatanka's streak and protect Lex. Shoulda just did a double count out though.
