But how much fiber do y'all get?
Listing food items would be great.
Just get a blend bag combination of hemp hearts chia seeds and flax and mix it with your oatmeal or salad and you’ll get it. I easily get 40 grams a day when I want too and none of it is supplementI'm having a hard time getting enough grams daily. What y'all be eating?
