Brehs, what's the least amount of sleep you've gotten the night before a gym session?

I originally had some dinner plans for tonight, but they fell through, so I'm thinking about getting in a work out ... only thing is that I'm running on about four hours of sleep :patrice:

Is this a risky proposition? Or should I just throw caution to the wind and go for the gusto?

During the week I usually hit the gym when it opens at 5 having only gotten 3 or 4 hours the night before

All depends on what you can handle really:manny:

I've been to the gym after 3 hours sleep because I felt like I had the energy to, sometimes I sleep more and don't feel like going. Listen to your body breh.

Sometimes when I drink hella red bulls the night before with my liquor, I wake up and tried to Hulk out. Half the time, I do half a workout and end up :dead:

That's how overcome hangovers. Eat breakfast. Work out like a beast. Sit in the steam room for about 10 minutes.

:ahh: I feel like a new man.

Them 24hr binges :wow:

Sidenote: It was after a couple sleepless nights when I realized my gym performance doesn't correlate to how tired I feel.

:what:
Couldn't imagine trying to lift with no sleep.

I've done 3 hours before back when I was lifting with partners and didn't want to let my partners down.

Hit a PR that day too

shoutout @Spliff :wow: those nights where you can't sleep so you like, "fukk it" and go to the gym at 6 in the morning after being awake 24+ hours. My most recent record was like 30+. Went to the gym, went to work, then went to the mall that night. Once you hit the nonstop 15-20 hour mark, you don't even feel tired anymore, it's weird.

It doesn't feel good when you do it, though. Absolutely exhausting, especially squatting and shyt with no sleep.
