Lyrically he was real dope, and was easily my favorite underground MC before Riding Dirty popped off and when he was still doing screwed up shyt..... But once he got that spotlight he turned out to be pretty corny
And then I lost some respect for him when he said he really didn’t like screwed up music. He was doing swishahouse and screwed up tapes for 5+ years before he got on so I felt he was using that culture and was kinda fake just so he could get to the mainstream and basically sell out..... I never liked his mainstream shyt as much as his swishahouse/color changing click shyt
But that "Get Ya Mind Correct" CD with Paul Wall is a regional classic
To me those two were a perfect combo
And the way he was killing Mike Jones on them Mixtape Messiah CDs was

GYMC is a classic fukk what anybody says. I remember checking some random southern website down-South.com or something and they gave it 5 stars so I had to find it. End up downloading song by song on Kazaa or whatever I was using in 2002
