It's hard to answer that question without knowing what your form looks like and what exercises you're doing. You should probably stop for a few days and see if it goes away or if the pain at least starts to fade. Either way, you might want to see a doctor just to make sure you're not risking any permanent damage to anything.
do this stretch on off days, it fixed my shyt up in 48 hours. Still comes back everyone in a while tho
