Keep applying and obviously on applications saying your willing to relocate, the tricky part is once you start getting interviews and job offers
Do you have a actual moving plan? Have you narrowed it down to a state?
Those things help a lot on the interview because if there really interested they going to ask that

Thanks for the advice breh.Ok good them keep applying and I mean try to send out 5 apps per day, eventually someone will email or call back. Let them know your situation and ask for a phone or Skype interview. Do your interview like normal.
If it goes good there going to want a in person interview, if the job is good enough take it, fly out for one day stay in a hotel, if it's not that good thank them and keep trying
