What should I suggest she eat?


Exercises?

I was gonna suggest squats and core excersizes and for her to increase her daily calorie maintence by 300 calories.

:whoa: Not all. Some of them are pretty bottom heavy. OP would be wise to go fukk w/one of THOSE Indians. Working w/this broad is like trying to build a Porsche 911 from a VW Golf. Like it for what it is or leave it alone :ld:

As a whole, they really do have awful genetics when talking about building muscle or athleticism.

If she is pear or hourglass shaped, with wide hips and some thigh meats, you have potential. Have her watch a few Gracianne Barbosa youtubes. Lots of squats, leg cable work, variety of lunges. I have a South Asian friend who was only 85lbs and super skinny all over, but after a year and a half of routine lifting+ protein uptake, she added some mass and changed into this:

If your friend has the stick thigh syndrome I saw a lot of the Indian girls in college have, it is just not gonna happen like that. But if you can get it to at least Robin Roxette status then it is a win:

You better take her like she is because if you try to make her gain weight, she probably gon gain most of it in her ankles and the back of her neck....

Them Indian genes are silly like that sometimes...

Just enjoy her face bruh and be happy
