This chick i know wants to start hitting the gym with me. She says she wants to tone her ass, and shes not in bad shape. But im not sure of what workouts tailor to women. Give ya boy some help.

-All the same exercises you can do with heavy weights and low reps. For abs, only bodyweight-10 lbs, otherwise she might ruin her waist. If she starts getting to "bulky" ease up on the weights and go for more reps. She gotta keep up with the cardio too.

hip thrusts
cable kickbacks
adductions
squats
deadlifts

i can email you a custom female workout i made. Its got 3 days of training, i find most females are not going to go to the gym everyday or as often as a guy and as long as they do their hiit and steady state cardio 3 times a week and don't eat like a slob they should be fine

obviously if your over 200lbs you need more than 3 days at the gym and a complete overhaul in your diet with an understanding your transformation is at least truly 6-12 months away with strong commitment to a real clean diet.
