That shyt was awkward as hell to watch. Dude didn't have any friends, wasn't talking to anyone, nothing. He also went way overboard with the drugs.

Its easy to laugh at dude, he is way too far gone

Unfortunately, you don't have to be a monster like that to still have the same problem with vanity and lots of people miss that point.

Shortly after I came back from college there was an old high school acquaintance that used to hang around our crew. He had gotten into lifting over the previous years. Wasn't abnormally huge, but was a lean 175-180 (short height, so pretty muscular) and always carrying around a gallon of water and wearing wife beaters in all weather, flexing his arms and sporting a perfect tan.

Everyone was constantly mocking him when he wasn't around, men and women, despite the fact that he had a physique that we all wanted. The vanity oozed out of his pores and it was kind of sad.

The moment you start lifting for male adoration is the moment you have crossed the line into this type of mindset. Avoid it brehs, look in the mirror and be happy with your "skinny" self (body dysmorphia...you aren't truly skinny). Girls like "skinny".
