Example of how you should be eating to gain weight
Breakfast 7:30am:
Eggs+bacon+yogurt+water(orange juice/apple juice if youre really giving it your all) + multivitamin + fish oil pill
8:00am:
handful of nuts(peanuts,almonds,cashews, etc.)
10am:
Whey protein shake with with milk.(dont overdo it right here, you will be too full to eat lunch)
10:30:
another handful of nuts
Lunch 11:30-12pm
chicken or fish or beef + rice + regular potatoes or yams + salad/vegetables(asparagus,spinach,lettuce/tomatoes, etc.) + Water
12:30:
handful of nuts
2pm:
Protein bar or half a bag of beef jerky
3pm:
handful of nuts
4Pm:
I get off from work, go home and take 5 grams of creatine, eat a banana.(I dont take any bcaas or pre workout, a banana does the job for me. If you do take a preworkout just buy and use caffeine pills, thats all youll ever need)
4:40pm:
I get to the gym, play my hypest playlist on spotify and beast(seriously the right music can get you in the zone hard)
get home around 6-6:30pm'ish:
Get yourself a good blender and make a whey protein shake with: 8 ounces of whole milk-- 2 scoops of whey, using the scoop that comes in the bag/jar-- 2 spoons of peanutbutter -- half a cup of oatmeal -- 1 cup of yogurt -- half a banana -- about 10 icecubes(so its not super thick) -- a tablespoon of olive oil
8pm:
The same thing you had from lunch, if you dont have left over, make some more.
9pm:
bowl of icecream
9:30pm:
handful of nuts or 2 spoons of peanut butter.
10pm:
eat some more peanutbutter and take another fish oil pill and go to sleep.
Thats what I do basically, and I STILL cant get to 200lbs LOL, been stuck at 195 for forever. Which means I need to eat more. So I know youre not eating alot. im 6'2 to put it all into perspective. Also, if you really dont give a fukk, substitute whey protein with weight gainer.
