I do a variety of exercises to help my booty. I do squats, lunges, leg bridges, and heel raises. Remember you have to feed your booty as well so make sure you're taking in a lot of protein.
Any specific training regimes or before and after pics would be welcomed

My porn star body diet is low carb vegan to lose body fat or paleo (lean/healthy proteins, vegetable fats like avocado) to build muscle.
The body loses fat as a whole system.
I prefer full body weight training (CIRCUIT weights, I'm not a power lifter). Low weights, high reps are pretty much like cardio, but some cardio is good too. I do not use free weights or kettle bells (UNLESS you don't want your rotator cuffs) because circuit training gives you a safer range of motion.
When I've done vegan I've lost the most weight without being hungry EVER.
You cannot eat enough broccoli to gain weight.
Season your vegetables with the seasoning you like, such as sautéed broccoli in olive oil sprinkled with garlic... Or other salt free seasonings: Jamaican all spice, Garam masala, etc.
Forgot to add, floor exercises, calisthenics are also really good. My favorite floor workout is the New York City ballet workout.
