Guys,

How do you get a proper breathing technique down while working out? I have bad allergies (sinuses) for one, but I have to think too much about my breathing while working out and it completely fukks my rhythm up, ultimately fatiguing me a hell of a lot faster.

Dust.

Been taking mucinex, switched my pillows to those hypoallergenic ones, and try to vacuum and dust periodically. But just randomly my nose will get clogged and it fukks me up.

I don't have allergies but my nose stay feeling clogged. It's funny because bike/stairs my breathing is okay.

Weights is where I have issue
