I'm gonna alter my meals somewhat. I been going kinda ham lately, breaking the fast with :manny: food. Monday I'm gonna start breaking it around the 20 hr mark, 7:00, with salmon and sauteed veggies. Then a green drink before going to the gym with my seed, then a Syntha 6 shake after I get back.
