What UT fans on this forum have you seen clamoring for Murray to transfer to UT in this thread? NONE!! I don't know if Murray has the arm strength to fit the new offense.

He got a thanks, but no thanks. We didn't want him and his daddy drama, not the other way around. His dad is a huge fan of Charlie Strong and if it was up to him(the father) Kyler would have signed here last year. His first call was to UT, but we have bodies at the position already and he'd have to sit 2 years(if he doesn't complete spring courses at A&M) therefore getting lost in the shuffle. We good with Shane and Sam coming in '16, '17

Because he's happy to see A&M take a major L that'll hurt their program. He didn't necessarily say anything about Murray transerring to UT.
I don't think Murray is all that but he's definitely an upgrade from what UT currently has

Breh, lets be real. You've done a complete 180 based on 3 months of football.
He's a strength and conditioning program (which he'll get with being ready to play in 2017) from being vicious on the field.
Crazy thing is that Kenny Hill and Kyler Murray may be battling for the Big 12 crown. Lets hope Locksley, Heard or whoever has emerged by then.

At this point, Murray is a luxury.... One that we may not even need. Kyler Murray is a fool for coming to OU for these reasons:
1) BAKER MAYFIELD
2) Mayfield's pending lawsuit to restore his lost year of eligibility.... He could get that back.
3) Cody Thomas is our second string QB. Murray and Thomas may be a push as far as ability, but Thomas has been in the system longer, so obviously, he has a leg up.
4) Incoming freshman Austin Kendall.... Yeah, he's a freshman, but check his HUDL. If he adapts quickly, he can easily pass Cody Thomas who hasn't shown much and couldn't take the job away from a TURRIBLE Trevor Knight.
Kyler Murray willl probably never play a meaningful snap at OU, barring mass injury problems.
I personally like the kid, but I don't want OU to become the home of failed QB(or WR) rejects that couldn't make it in the SEC and think that they'll become a Heisman potential, All-American QB.
Murray is not Mayfield.
ETA: After reviewing Murray's tape, I'll somewhat retract my previous statement on Murray's ability. If he can grasp the system, he could easily be the number two. That doesn't mean he will , though. However, Stoops will give him the opportunity to prove he's worthy of being the #2 QB, provided that he stays out of trouble and makes his grades.
My point about his playing time still stands. Very unlikely he plays.
