For impact injuries, bone breaks, reconstructive surgery, MMA.
For career duration via accumulative trauma, boxing.

agreed..and thats why i never get into the whole argument of boxing being seen as more civilized over mma..because both sports can fukk you up in many different ways at its most rawest

That’s true I agree.

However I can understand some people being less than impressed by MMA, the continued attack once someone has hit the deck is a brutal look no doubt.

But that being said, boxing has the same situation, just not as graphic. The difference being that the fighter is better at masking their concussion due to training, movement and impact protection from gloves to an extent.

First time I used head gear in sparring I was amazed by how effective it was at masking the impact of a punch. A real surprise, next day though. :trash::deadmanny:
