IMO, I'd go with NCAA. Although that might be due to the fact I haven't been able to play a updated NCAA game in 10 years.

Madden is a solid game if you're more into the NFL

I'd go with Madden only because the season ended later and I'd expect ncaa to drop price again first.

I haven't played Madden at all but have enjoyed playing h2h on ncaa. They're still ea football games end of day though.
