The Boston Celtics have made it known in exploratory trade talks with other other teams that Paul Pierce could be available via trade, according to team executives around the league.

Only $4 million of Pierce’s $15.3 million salary is guaranteed next season........loyalty right?

I really do think that the C's are gonna trade Pierce for Rudy Gay if they can't get a big man like Gortat or Varejo. Everything seems to point to that happening. But, I think the Grizz would be the real winners out of the trade if they can get Piru P.

I think it might just be the perfect trade for both teams. The C's get younger and more athletic and build for the future, and the Grizz get better now and get a go to scorer from the wing position in crunch time and for the playoffs. I think that could potentially take the Grizz over the top and can make them a legitimate title contender with Pierce's playoff and championship experience. But, the C's could end up regretting that Rudy Gay contract though. Rudy making as much money as Bron is making. But, Rudy with Rondo would be great for highlights though. Rondo, Bradley, Rudy, and KG not a bad big 4. They just need a 4 or a 5 right now though. Sully has gotten much better, but he isn't the answer for the now though.
