They brought back all the important pieces from last years team. Hayward over Bradley is an upgrade. Morris is gonna be nice. Smart is a monster defensively and could be an all star if he could be an average 3 point shooter. Rozier is on the rise

But this is a team set up for the short and the long term.

all thats gonna do is hinder jaylen browns development
i can see tatum passing him up in the rotation by the end of the year
and you know ainge wont trade him for a useful piece
Needed another quality big 
Wings with a center that can rebound is the future, putting a bunch of wings around a poor rebounding C is not the wave.
