since guys are tired of part timers, book a main event match using one of these guys and any other active wrestler in the Wwe that’d have you willing to spend money to see. Positive rep if you can book one where the part timer wins and isn’t a cheap/burying way

Cena vs Braun Stroman (C), title and record vs career
HHH vs AJ Styles. This would probably be the same match as HHH vs Rollins though.

Day after ‘Mania before Raw, John Cena sends out a tweet that says “Maybe my time is up :lupe:

It’s time for Raw and Cena walks out with a noticeable limp suffered at WrestleMania in a hellacious match. He addresses the crowd and says he isn’t retiring, but he’s stepping back pondering if the brutality of the sport is worth it at this point of his life. The crowd gives Cena a standing ovation as he heads to the back when he’s ambushed by Samoa Joe. Joe beats the crap out of Cena and chokes him out as officials try to pull him off Cena.

Next week, Joe says it’s nothing personal to Cena and he was just sending a message to everyone that it’s Joe’s time now and he has his sights on the Universal Title. Cena just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Joe wins the Title at the next PPV and runs through everybody who opposes him. Clean. All choked out.

Royal Rumble comes along and is won by a Smackdown wrestler. Joe wants to know who will he defend his title against. GM Kurt Angle says he’s looking around for an opponent deserving of the title shot, but it’s hard since Joe cleaned out almost all the contenders. A couple weeks go by and Joe is getting pissed off that he doesn’t have anyone to defend his belt against until Angle says he’s found Joe an opponent... and his name is John Cena. Cena’s back and runs straight for Joe and the two have a brawl that gets pulled apart by the locker room.

Next week Joe says he has no problem facing Cena, but what exactly did he do to earn a shot. Cena says he’s 16 times the man and that’s why he gets the shot to go for 17. Joe says if you’re really about it, why not put your career on the line. Cena accepts and we have Samoa Joe vs. John Cena in a Title vs. Career match. And if Cena loses he’s gone for good. None of that going to Smackdown because he’s a free agent nonsense. He’s retired from WWE for good. As WrestleMania gets closer, news comes out that Cena is signed to do a few more movies in the coming months post-WrestleMania.

But that news is just a diversion because at WrestleMania Cena defeats Joe for number 17. Joe almost had Cena choked out, but Cena accidentally fell into a rope break thus denying Joe another choke out. Joe kicks out of 2 AAs, but number 3 gets him down for the count.

Joe takes a break after ‘Mania as Cena defends the title for a couple PPVs before he loses it from a MITB cash in and Cena goes away again.

It's difficult to book for Lesnar, Cena, and Triple H without trotting out the same old storylines. Triple H holds all the power, Brock is indestructible, Cena doesn't give up. etc.

But I'd pay money to see Big E challenge Brock Lesnar.

New Day's promo ability would force Paul Heyman to wake up. Big E is powerful enough to throw Lesnar around the ring. New Day and Paul Heyman all ringside would make for incredible atmosphere. Wrestlemania is in New Orleans which is perfect for New Day. Sounds good to me.

Now if I had to book Big E to lose to Lesnar.

Big E and Roman would be the two last guys in the Rumble. Ambrose Kofi Seth and Xavier would all be ringside. They'd get into it, picking up from Survivor Series, during which Big E would eliminate Roman and go on to challenge Lesnar. Stealing this matchup from Roman.

At Wrestlemania Big E would look dominant, damn near every bit Lesnar's equal. Big E would come close to victory only to have it snatched away by a Shield heel turn. All 3 members turn heel. A "Thooper Thar Thake Up" the next night would put New Day on RAW to continue to feud with The Shield for the remainder of 2018.

That's if I had to book Big E losing to Lesnar.

Otherwise, I'd just have him beat Lesnar.

For pure fukkery purposes.

Bray needs another vessel, again. But not just any vessel, one for power purposes because that's what consumes Triple H. Bray needs to take his power away. Bray needs :

hqdefault.jpg

Throughout the build I'd ambiguously imply that Bray's idea of a vessel might just be Stephanie's womb. A brush of the hair, lullabies, etc. Creepy.

So the match at Wrestlemania happens - Bray wins, but Triple H continues fighting after the bell. Harper and Rowan reunite and they put HHH down cold. They abduct Stephanie McMahon and they disappear.
Weeks go by where they don't find any of them. They send Renee or somebody on a field report each week trying to piece together where Stephanie and the Wyatt Family have gone.

Then at In Your House : Dominion, our field reporter finally catches up to the Wyatt family, where Stephanie is being held. HHH arrives not too long after and fights off the Wyatt family rescuing Stephanie. Stephanie looks a mess. Tattered hair, out of it, speaking in tongues etc.

The following weeks on RAW we piece together her story from sit down interviews, she isn't pregnant, nothing like that happened, she appears to be fine and of sound mind. Bray Wyatt is fired, being sued etc.

. . . That's when we tease things out. Stomach pains, vomiting, then she starts making irrational decisions. Ultimately we find out she is possessed by Sister Abigail.

Stephanie McMahon is Sister Abigail and Bray Wyatt is back at her side. The Whole World In His Hands.

Brock/Roman is a rematch that the streets need.

HHH/AJ makes sense considering AJ's past and HHH's history with wrestlers similar to him. I was actually hoping this was the direction they went with for Mania.

Cena can wrestle anyone on the roster and it would be piff. I guess I wouldn't mind seeing him with Joe or Nakamura.

Agree with all of this basically. Need Roman v Brock II...it's been too long. I don't like Triple H these days, but AJ would be a perfect fit for Trip's slow and boring ass ring style. Joe was lucky to get an injury a couple of months ago and that saved him from the usual Cena jokey burial. I'd like to see the match, but I can't have Joe going against the Cena that never take their opponents seriously.

Jason Jordan with Kurt Angle in his corner vs Brock Lesnar.

The father-son dynamic, both amateur wrestlers, Jordan trying to vanquish the guy who beat his father at WM19. Jordan would need to be built up but it would dope.

Imagine the video packages :banderas:

Jj and Kurt training in Pittsburgh. Brock killing people in sparring sessions.
