im having more fun doing bodyweight exercises like dips and pull ups with my weight belt. i obviously still curl with weights but thats about it..i also do a weighted ab wheel and i do cardio.
ive been at this for like a year now compared to working out with all free weights in the gym. i find it to be much more enjoyable and my body seems to get a better workout from it. im more cut in alot of places
once you get over the fact that being really jacked is stupid getting your body lean with some mass is the best feeling ever. i also find it much easier to maintain my physique because the maintenance is so much easier than having to rack up a shyt load of weights
