Yo, what up brehs?
I recently bought a Les Mills Body Pump Kit off the internet, a program designed to get you a toned body (lean muscle) at home in 90 days.
Now, the thing is, I don't know a lot about working out. I'm not trying to get huge, I'm just trying to add a little bit of lean muscle to my body. I'm looking into modeling in order to make some money on the side, and this is the type of body that agencies typically look for.
Right now I'm 6 ft. tall, and I'm about 115 pounds when I'm wet and wearing boots. I've done some research into body pump, and when I look at the before and after photos, I notice that the people who did the program used to have a significant amount of body fat.
My question is, do I have to gain weight in order to get the type of body I'm looking for? Or do I build the lean muscle as I work out?
