So, i see everyone giving advice on work outs to get you swole and looking all types of right.
but i rarely see threads or advice on explosion, speed, agility ect. I bring this up because i started hoopin again after a 2 year hiatus after an injury. and its been a while since ive had to do speed training ect.

so brehs how do i get the training i want without cutting my gains (or cuts) in the gym.
