Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 crew have been facing some scary woes, with one member of the crew receiving 53 years for crimes committed, while another member received 98 years for his crimes. Now, another blow to the Shmurda/GS9 saga in court, Bobby Shmurda's lawyer -- Alex Spiro has not shown up to a court hearing for the rapper for a second time, causing Judge Raymond Bruce to lay into the rapper and lack of appearance by the lawyer. The hearing was set to examine charges against the rapper for his possession of a prison shiv and perjury. According to reports, this would make two times in over a month that Shmurda's lawyer has not shown up for a scheduled hearing. When asked why Spiro was a no-show for the hearing, Shmurda responded "I called him, and he said he's on vacation and then has a trial that starts in July."

The judge assured the rapper that his staff would be calling Spiro to push for him to attend the next hearing which goes on next month. Bruce also urged Shmurda to try and do the same for his own sake, saying "You need to let him know. You pay his salar and if he wants to get paid, he needs to come here."

Should have just copped that 8 year plea and got it other with.
It's hard to tell a young nicca to eat damn near a decade, but at 21-22 he could have done that 8 and came home still in his prime with his whole life and career ahead of him. 8 years is a Scooby snack compared to what he's probably looking at now.

Your right but at the same time, hes potentially gonna have to eat double or even triple that through his own stupidity and naivety..

He wouldn't even do the whole 8 with good behavior. Plus he's already been locked up for like 2. With time served he would have got out in his mid 20s.

Taking your time
And pushing court dates and changing judges is a good thing. Stories get forgotten,. Witnessess unlocatable. Memories stale. Depositions bring out weak links and lies.

At least when I fought a case for 2 years this is what ultimately helped me win.
:martin: the police have been tracking these guys for literally months they are done, two of his friends already got 98 years and 53 no matter how good the lawyer is he is not going to get a slap on the wrist
