this is a fukkin Rob Schneider movie with generic slasher kills. Blumhouse is terrible, but i respect the hell out of some of their shameless pieces of shyt, b/c they rake money, and in fairness some of their movies are good. 1 out of 5 i'd say.

This looks fun. Trailer was a bit too revealing (which is a common issue with horror movie trailers nowadays) but I do like the idea of Freaky Friday as a horror movie.

this one was actually good. This Director is doing God's work for Blumhouse. i dig the genre bending, maybe one day they'll listen to my pitch about the kid trying to lose his virginity on the night of the Purge.

i'm too lazy to actually write it despite having the entire thing plotted in notes. Hulu just did a movie called "The Binge" which was the Purge with all drugs, and it starred HS kids, so i think i'd be shyt out of luck even in a perfect world. "The Virge" is probably DOA, but a kid facing life and death during the purge in order to get to his crush and lose his virginity is a funny idea.

Pretty much. I just rented this last night. Went in kinda cold so once we hit “Friday the 13th” I quickly pieced together the “Freaky Friday” concept. Would’ve been a decent Saturday night popcorn flick in theaters.
