They definitely bumped up the difficulty for this DLC.
yea I saw one youtube walkthrough and said fukk it...I'll just wait for Dark Souls 3. shyt just looked unfair. Dude had to get his friend to help him kill the first boss.

Im still on the first boss, i got rocked 3 times and seen some guy on youtube breeze by him but he wasn't new game +

That maria boss fight was one of the best ones I've ever seen. the music, the art, the moveset.

I got 4.
1 from main game and 3 from the chalice.
Went back in new game+ and they were replaced by random items even in main game.
Damn Im gonna have to cop, haven't played since I platinumed months ago though. I'll be rusty.

Guys.... I would start a new character if you want to play the DLC.
I put 4 characters through all the depth 5 chalice, and they are way too powerful for the DLC.
I got to third area and beat all the bosses on the first try. None of the bosses are as hard as the depth 5 chalice bosses.
I beat Maria with 4 visceral attacks.
Overall a little disappointed in the difficulty level.
