In theory this is a good idea in reality it beyond moronic. Most of these movies wouldn't be supported by the comminity anyway. If they could fund them and get them on Netflix or Amazon it would be better. Also it has to be diverse no fukking stupid drug dealers in hood or all gang flicks . Sci fi or comedy or horror mixed in.
