I get this but I don't forgive it. It's not like the world before the internet bridged the divide where people didn't have access to others and couldn't learn about the world around them as easily or conveniently. There is a level of willful ignorance to it.. I didn't even touch on Scandinavia and Black Pete. My issue is calling yourself a progressive nation with educated people when you still have such glaring oversights about your understanding of the world and its people.
