Rioting is nikka shyt, a bunch of jail nikkas is hardly effective to the cause. If you want to honor this kids memory, learn the rules of the game, become acquainted with the system you live under, this game is chess not checkers. That means learning how to read, write and being able to hold a conversation. All that attitude is not cute. When you're in the position to make the rules you can show your ass but until then you have to bid your time. Go out here and make some changes, put your money where your mouth is. Dismantle laws like these and vote for people who have your interest at heart. Don't look at the world as how it SHOULD be, that's how losers think, look at the world for what it IS and make decisions based off that.
