Spain isn't too culturally aware of those outside of their own race. They are like the Italians who are very insular.
Spanish is still cool, you can visit and live there with no major issues.

Barcelona is a mostly non racist liberal great city to live in as a foreigner. Anything else idk breh. Most parts of the country are racist towards eachothers (bask, catalan etc) let alone vs black people and foreigners in general.
