Responding to the first part of the conversation, men should foster support for men. I don't understand sitting around telling each other that they don't have support. It always reads as "women should do more to support us." Support each other and get a hobby.

The solution is really easy, It hink it's a cultural thing, as mentioned in the video. American culture kills connection between male friends, or facilitates a false pride where you build this wall and everybody is a potential enemy even some of your own family. In Latin America, Africa, and India male friendships are a lot less restrictive and deeper without being seen as "lame". There are way too many things considered lame in yankee land until you cant just enjoy your life or have peace for fear of being "lame". Just taking trips with your friends just to fish or take pictures or fly drones in caves for fun does wonders. There's a whole lot of investigation and exploration you can do with friends if everything wasn't considered lame. Some things are a bit too adventurous(like exploring abandon bases/factories) but things like that help you build bonds and help you heal. Men bond(and HEAL) over building, studying, exploring, and discovering things together.
