It's obvious if you look at black unemployment. Maybe some of y'all too young but I remember a time when everybody in the back of a restaurant was black and when a black 16 yr old could get hired at fast food spots the same day they applied. Yea those are low paying jobs but black people use to do them now it's almost all Hispanic in my area.

It's exploitation as well cause those workers work under the table with no rights a lot of times

Just want to point out most economists don't agree with Borgas. Bryan Caplan is probably his most vocal critic, with the basis of the argument being that Borgas "economic" argument is etched in archaic protectionist ideals.
