Bill Russell won 2 chips as a coach, Tyronn Lue coached arguably the greatest to never win a championship and the greatest comeback in nba history, has these clippers looking amazing without their best player, Nate finally got a contending roster and coaching circles around two former COTY, hell even Doc trash behind won one with that stacked Celtics team :russ:, made the Clippers a respectable franchise too, turned Embiid into an MVP candidate

Eddie Jordan had the Wizards looking solid before Gilbert f’d everything up :ohhh:

Dwane Casey took a team whos two best were Demar Derozan and Kyle Lowry and turned that into a 60 win team :mjlol:, best believe he woulda won that chip too if they hadnt tossed him for Nurse right after they got an actual superstar player :mjpls:

Monty Williams and Alvin Gentry took the Pelicans to their only playoff appearances ever and got tossed because management built terrible rosters :mjpls:

Gentry had the Pelicans looking like the 2nd best team the NBA when they had a healthy Boogie :whoo:

Lets not forget Avery Johnson had Dirk Nowitzki damn near looking like the GOAT and way better than offensive genius Donnie Nelson ever had

had Josh Howard in the all star game :russ:

and of course the legend himself KC Jones who won two of the 3 for that Celtics dynasty in the 80s :wow:

i know im missing more but the narrative that black coaches are inferior to white coaches has always been bs, majority of black coaches only get hired into dumpster fire situations where theres no way they can succeed

the NBA finally starting to wake up :sas2:

Lloyd Pierce was trash tho :russ:
