Hahahaha, it is the same in Porto Alegre. I was checking the demographics, and Porto Alegre is near 80% Cac.

I spent a month in Salvador a couple of years ago. Such a beautiful place.
It was my first time seeing so many black people from different places.
I'll post some pics tomorrow.
I'm trynna move out of this cac city but i need to get my finances in order.
How’s the mindstate of the Black people there? Are we really starting to acknowledge our Blackness and uniting around it?
