If you cooking it the same way, Nonna's is gonna beat Ebony's spaghetti 11/10.
If the sista is gonna trick it up to our preferred palette, obviously we're going to like it more.
It's like salsa. A white mom in Minneapolis versus a Mexican mom in San Antonio are going to have wayyyyyy different flavor profiles just making salsa. The white mom is convinced hers is better because she's not dying from spice. The Mexican mom laughs because the gringo salsa doesn't have serrano, jalapeƱo and thinks white mom's is too ketchup-y.
