My pops took me and my brother to the house show at MSG when the Kliq hugged in the ring. I was 9 at the time and didn't fully grasp the magnitude of what happened until years later(I was into wrestling but not that much). Funny thing is that's the only wrestling event I've ever been to.

I've mostly only been to regular house shows where nothing important happened. Only PPV I ever attended in person was WCW Mayhem 1999, of all things, which had a World Title tournament.

So Bret Hart winning his first WCW World Title was the big moment. All-Canadian final (Hitman-Benoit) in Canada, so it got pretty loud. I also remember there being a match between a prime Kimberly Page :noah:and David Flair :rudy:.

And a heel Curt Hennig getting cheered by the Canadian crowd no matter how hard he tried to get booed. He couldn't help laughing about it after the match, which was pretty cool. Crowd loved that dude.
