Vito Lograsso claims that he from "serious neurological damage, including severe headaches, memory loss, depression and anxiety, as well as deafness” as a result of his time as a WWE Superstar.

Singleton’s complaint states that after wrestling 15 matches for WWE, he sustained "multiple traumas" - including a serious head injury after wrestling Eric Rowan. He alleges that WWE cleared him to continue wrestling after "inadequate rest time" and says WWE downplayed his injury to get him back int he ring.
