I thought when doing a super set you don't rest until after the 2nd exercise? Have I been doing them wrong?

I do my super sets different I was taught to go from heavy to light then back to heavy and so on to finish set with in that muscle group.


If you're just doing sets with the same weight isn't that just a regular work out?


When I do super sets like that my muscle are fukking exhausted.


Let me know what's a super set to yall doe.

I always thought the purpose was to work 2 different sets of muscles with minimal rest. Like the OP did, a bicep exercise then a tricep exercise except theres no stopping like he did. Move immediately into the tricep exercise, then back to bicep exercise. Do that 3-4 times:yeshrug:

If I understand you correctly let's say you're doing db curls. You have a heavy pair and a light pair and Justin go back and forth between the 2 right? That's something different as far as I know, although I don't know what it would be called.

When I do my supersets I usually switch it all the time sometimes I go same weight sometimes I go from heavy to light or light to heavy...I like to shock my muscles...there really is not a right way to do supersets because everyone is different

I thought you couldnt rock like that when lifting? But I see people do it all the time?
