My opinion was always that he needed to turn heel
but he’s been booked horrible
MITB cash ins only work for heels…never is a good way for a Bf to win

i always thought a Big E heel turn and being the one to beat Kofi would be the perfect way to break up the new day, but they went the way they did.
I only tune in to check him, but that’s it. That’s only me attempting to support him.
They could've built up Big E to unseat Roman by:
1. Having Big E cash in on Roman but in the good guy kind of way (instead of waiting until after he had a match and was injured) but lose the match because of Uso interference
2. Then have Roman pull the "You will never get a shot at my title" move on E and have Roman pay dudes to go after E
3. Have Big E win The Royal Rumble
4. Have Big E win the title at Wrestlemania
End Result: Big E's popularity grows because of his chase for the belt and all the cheating and underhanded shyt Roman does to him so that when he finally wins the belt at Wrestlemania it is a huge payoff moment that secures Big E as a main event level player.
And on the Raw side they could've had Lesnar come back to challenge Lashley for the title.

I'm convinced Cokeboy doesn't know how to book a babyface champion anymore. The generic formula they follow is having the babyface champion look like a chump by losing matches after winning the title. There's no reason he should've lost clean to Roman. If you don't want Roman to lose or win dirty, then don't book the match.

I've enjoyed the Big E/Owens/Seth stuff and he looked awfully strong to me going over clean vs BOBBY LASHLEY TWICE.
