Depends on what you like. I think their classic sauce tastes the best, but there's not really any heat to it whatsoever. It's the one with the red label. They have an extra garlicy version of that sauce too that's in the blue label if you like garlicy sauce. I use the Los Calientes Rojo sauce they have on all the Tex Mex stuff I eat. Their last dab Apollo sauce is by far their spiciest. It actually tastes pretty good for the few seconds before it knocks you on your ass
