Cloobeck, the founder and former CEO of Diamond Resorts International as well as a prominent Democratic donor, accused the much-younger Gurzanski of tricking him into believing she was a legitimate fashion model.
In reality, he claims, she made her living selling pornography on the subscription site OnlyFans, using his lavish lifestyle behind his back as a backdrop for her X-rated shoots.
Gurzanski also is well known for her racy photos on Instagram, where she has 1.8 million followers. Her attorney, Arthur H. Barens, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com on Monday.
Cloobeck says Gurzanski tried to prevent him from finding out about her lewd modeling by warning him in September never to visit Reddit or Discord, where her photos are often shared by lustful fans, claiming that the websites would corrupt his phone and delete his data.
All the while, the smitten Cloobeck says he was splashing out on extravagant gifts for the young model -- and when that wasn't enough, she ran up tens of thousands in unauthorized charges on his credit cars, he claims.
In one instance, Cloobeck says he gave her a credit card to make a $2,120 purchase at Louis Vuitton, but alleges she ran amok with the plastic, racking up $26,323.80 in charges for designer items.
Other expenses racked up on Cloobeck's cards included shopping sprees at Sephora, Richemont jewelry, and Dior, the lawsuit claims.
'Gurzanski also used Cloobeck's credit card to purchase over 100 bikinis and items of lingerie, which she then used as props in her pornographic OnlyFans posts,' the complaint states.
In December 2020 alone, she charged more than $72,500 to Cloobeck's credit card -- and even splashed out $1,800 on caviar after the mogul dumped her, according to the suit.
