Best xbox 360 games, no online support?

My youngest sons xbox kinect online, my other sons ps3s and shyt online, my girls son xbox and ps3 online.. BUT fukk them young nikkas, always talking and shyt, I want a game that has NO online NO updates needed from online. No patches.

Just throw a disk in, play that shyt, beat it game over.

Action based or sports... no 1st person shooters.
