Naito, easily, and he's almost my least favorite NJPW top guy of the last few years. But yeah, it's not even close.

This is actually a good matchup. Jeff has had a bunch of ups and downs but his highs are really high. Match quality Naito wins but Jeff has been incredibly over for 2 decades, that's pretty crazy when you think about it.

I do like the Tranquilo gimmick over all the wacky stuff Jeff has done though

I kinda wish i could use Naito's current run in this to judge as its kinda comparable to Jeff's main event run (booking aside). I feel as though despite everything Jeff has gone through I feel like Naito endured more to reach this run.
