I'm really starting to go hard in the gym trying to bulk up. I've never really been up on taking any kind of protein supplements or anything but for my b-day I got a little GNC shopping spree bought for me.

Here's what I ended up with.

Jug of Gold Standard Whey
Jug of Gold Standard Casein
Jug of Beast Creature Creatine
Couple boxes of Quest Bars

I been having a Quest bar for breakfast and another snack throughout the day. For the protein powders how should I take em tho? I been doing the Casein at night, but I'm not sure about how to mix the whey and creatine. When should I take them? Which one is better pre/post lifting?

1. Stop shopping at GNC.

2. Creatine, take 5g a day, everyday.....whenever the hell you want to

3. The rest.......doesn't matter when you take it. Just figure out your diet/macro goals and use accordingly.

Take them within a half hour before or after workout. Id recommend after the workout so you dont go farting all over the gym
