Doesn't matter what program you follow. Starter strength is fine. If i was you i would get into a gym/find a weight training partner so that you can have motivation and learn to do the lifts right.

End of the day really doesn't matter what program you follow. A workout is a workout. Just make sure you're hitting those compound lifts heavy. Whats most important on a cut is the amount of calories you eat. Do HIIT too.
