Best Offseason NBA pick up so far in 2015?

I'm a biased Pistons fan so I'm going to say Marcus Morris. But who do you think were the best offseason signing that's panned out so far this year?

I'm wondering how to rate Aldridge, because his production is lower than last year (expected) but the Spurs are on pace to finish higher than they did last year
